In Daniel chapter 5, King Belshazzar summons his wise men (who are enchanters and such) to help him read the writing on the wall. It says all the king’s wise men came in, and none of them could read it.
But then it says the king had not yet consulted Daniel. And Daniel was one of the wise men, in the same sense as all those other guys. In fact, Daniel had even been made chief of the magicians by that time. So since Belshazzar had not consulted Daniel, that means he had not summoned all the enchanters, and he had not consulted all the wise men.
