The Parable of the Two Builders

A wise man built a house on rock, and a foolish man built a house on sand. Then a flood and a strong wind came, and the foolish man’s house was destroyed, but the wise man’s house survived.

The end.

Interpretation

If two people hear Jesus’s message, but only one of them does what Jesus says they should do, then only that one will avoid going to hell.

The moral of the story

If you don’t give up everything you have, hate your family, become a cannibal, encourage people to mistreat you, cut off parts of your body whenever you do something wrong, and kill yourself, then you will be tortured forever.
